Visiting Maui this week and have had a lot of rain. Tried shooting some black and white. This blowhole is on the northwest part of the island above Kapalua on highway 30.
Kirkwall was our next stop after Edinburgh. It was dreary out so it was black and white film for the day. Kirkwall is the capital of Orkney and this palace was built in 1607 by Patrick, Earl of Orkney.
There is a boardwalk along Copenhagen’s harbor that have these steeply descending ramps into the water. I was told they allow small boats or kayaks to load and unload passengers. They make for an interesting photo.
I posted an earlier shot of the rocks of Pismo Beach. This was taken from on the same spot but facing south into the sun. It cried out to be in Black and White.
I was in Jackson Hole last weekend staying with a good friend and pilot who flew me to the back side of The Grand Tetons. This was shot at 13,500 feet on cloudy day making it perfect for Black & White
